About This Event
Wilhoit Kicking Academy's Saturday Night Lights returned to Carlton Flatt Field at Brentwood Academy on July 11th, 2026. Morning storms cleared and the field stayed busy from late morning until the lights came on, with James Wilhoit, Aaron Medley and Charles Campbell running kickers and punters through a full evaluation. Dan Lundy ran TrackMan on the day and helped put the event together, measuring every rep on the field. It is the largest field The Tour has measured in a single day. Every field goal, punt and kickoff below was measured on TrackMan.
About Wilhoit Kicking Academy
James Wilhoit founded Wilhoit Kicking Academy in 2010 after a four-year run as Tennessee's starting kicker. He remains the Volunteers' all-time leading scorer with 325 points (2003–2006) and was a First-Team All-SEC selection in 2006, though he is best remembered for the 50-yard game-winner that beat Florida at Neyland in 2004 — kicked minutes after he had missed an extra point. He served as kicking coach for the Tennessee Titans from 2021 to 2023. Saturday Night Lights is the academy's annual showcase, coached alongside Aaron Medley and Charles Campbell.
